Winterfest 2011

Winterfest this year took place at a familiar campground: Cherry Run Camp. With no snow for “winter”fest and the familiar smell of sulfur filling the air, youth and college students came from four different states to take part in this amazing experience. People from different churches, backgrounds, and walks of life joined together to worship God, draw closer to him, and to grow and strengthen their relationship with Him, while other began a new relationship. Our camp speakers were Matt Johnson (of Titusville fame) for the high school students and Sarah Lucas (from Youngsville) for the college students. It was an amazing experience and many good things were said about the weekend. What do you think? What stuck out to you and how did you encounter God this weekend?
